my car is lower on one side!!!!
i have neuspeed sport springs and koni yellow shocks, my drivers side is slightly lower than the passenger side. I bought the springs brand new so they can't be sagging! What could the possible cause of this be?? I checked with my mechanic and everything is put on properly. Does anyone else have this problem??
It may just be uneven settleing. I think Comptech actually makes front Right and Left specific springs. Nuespeed does not.
I have used nuespeed sports but I have not noticed anything. The car seems level.
Just adjust the snap-rings on the Koni's to even it out. I had the same problem with my Neuspeed Race springs on Yellow's and adjusted accordingly.
Seriously tho, my front driver-side is .5" lower than my front passenger-side, and my rear driver-side is .1" lower than the rear passenger-side. It just gets to be that way b/c your body weight on a day-to-day basis does affect the ride height. And, I only weigh b/w 135 and 140 pounds.
I'm just kinda curious now if I can even it out by switching the springs from side to side.
This is why it's advisable to get your alignment and corner-weighting done with you or an equivalent amount of ballast to simulate your body weight.

The springs don't make up for the fact that you are putting your own weight in the driver's side from day to day. For people saying that you should worry about cars with coilovers being corner weighted correctly, you should have seen the weight specs on my stock suspension setup. The corner weights were pretty far off. Once I got my GC/Koni setup, I made up for that, and now when I sit in the driver's seat, my car's weight is pretty much even from front left-right, rear left-right, and front to back.

and that is why I will never again buy a neuspeed spring. i know a lot of people that experiance sagging with the springs. Neuspeed refunded my friend his money after his sport springs sagged.
Funny, I thought I was the only one having this problem. For me, it's the right rear that is 0.5" higher than the left rear. I switched the whole shock assembly from right to left and the problem was still there. Thus, the spring shock combination is not the problem with my car. I don't have an answer. I guess this didn't help anyone.

even with adjustable coilovers my car settled unevenly. I had to adjust them accordingly to look even. guess its just how heavy you are and how many right turns you smash into a day.
Solution: Get coilovers or Take alot of fast left turns until its even.

Unless you have Neuspeed Konis, the slots are too far apart to have them at different positions on different sides of the car. If it's so far off that you could correct it w/ the Koni spring perch, then something else must be wrong somewhere. The slots on the Konis are 1" apart in front and almost 3/4" apart in back, so I would keep them in the same position on both sides if I were you.
