Default Anyone want to lend a hand for a case of beer?

Hey so..its a D16a.(sohc zc) OBD-1, in a 91 crx Ive had a solid cel forever! So I decided to pop in a new ecu..i got a new P28 and popped it in..my problem is still the same. Its wired for a 4wire o2 sensor and that isnt working out either..so its a minor wiring issue. Well ive had it up to here with trying to find this problem. Anyone ever dealt with something similar and would be willing to lend a hand? I live in newtown PA--like 40 mins from philly--for a case or 2 of whatever beer you want haha. thanks

ok my rate just went up--Ill give you 2 cases of beer if you can help me fix my problem! Solid Cel, new ecu (possibly a short somewhere) and I would think the only code that needs to be cleared is the o2 sensor and I have to figure out what is what on my o2 sensor harness (purple, yellow, brown gray)? ok thanks!

what cel are you throwing? is it a vtec code? maybe the fact that your using a p28 (vtec) ecu with a d16a (NON-vtec) engine? when do i get my case of beer

They made them with vtec, same as our z6.

well im sorry for my ignorance
anyway, its kinda hard to help you since you know know what code your thorwing. if you can find that out it might be easier, or do you know for sure that it is a o2 sensor code?

well I only surmise that its the o2 sensor only because its as of now not even hooked up--buttt even when it is, the solid cel is still there--so im thinking its maybe a short or something because my problem is i cant figure out what code im throwing because of the solid cel (when i jumper, nothing happens)

I dont know--i didnt do the obd1 conversion--the plug that i ground out is blue though if that helps? Yes a continuity check would def be the best solution but i have to do some research before i attempt it as I havnt done much wiring before!
