Default obd1 to obd2

i have a 97 accord ex and am able to get an h22a for it which is an obd1. is there a way to make it into an obd2? can i just put an obd2 intake manifold with all the obd2 sensors. how wwill this work? and which would be better?

i read this and its giving me info but not exact info. what are the exact parts im going to need for a h22a with obd1 to fit my 97 ex. what exactly do i need to convert that motor to obd2

I must have missed something... What's not exact? The parts listed were from OBD2 H22s.
