Default dohc zc engine management

i have a 91 civic si with a dohc zc motor with a fairly good bit of headwork, what im needing to know is what would be a good, cost friendly fuel management system or should i just go with webers. and also what would be a good set of cams i can get to give it mid to top end. ne help would be appreciated

A stock honda ecu with a chip would be your most cost effective and (probably) most efficient way of doing it. Much better than webers. The only downside is you have to tune it.

carbs ******* ROCK if you know what you are doing, do you?
Also I wouldn't want to drive it daily or winter on carbs so do you have something else?

look into BRE or turboedit

Mmmmmm.....Webers.

Yeah, carbs suck in the winter. Now that it has been getting cold it takes my motorcycle forever to start and smooth out. I would still rock them though.
