Default QC to the OC, need a little CARB help.

My wife and I were in Irvine last weekend. I had a job interview and it went VERY well. It looks like we will be relocating from Charlotte, NC to Irvine, CA very soon.

My Si has a K&N Typhoon SRI. I don't have the CARB sticker for it. Wondering if anyone has one, or knows how to get one.

Thanks for looking!

I believe you can call up K&N for a CARB sticker to get sent to ya, but you have to have some sort of proof of purchase.

BTW, Good luck with the interview. Must be a hell of a job to get a place in Irvine That's a really nice area

Thanks for the well-wishes.

I don't have the proof of purchase anymore.

I bought the car new in Michigan, 5 months later, we relocated to Charlotte. Fast-forward three years, I never would have imagined moving so soon, let alone to California.

I am an industrial designer. The job is excellent. We are very excited!

I live 10 min from irvine ... great place, but very boring [quiet]. since you are married, I'm sure you're not that into partying/going out or w/e ... so it's cool.

la is the place to go for night life

irvine ... nice, quiet, very very safe community. ... the cops ... not so nice to import fans.

thanks for the heads-up.

the ep is fairly stock.

the miata, not so much. i just pulled off the turbo system and sold it. the ecu is full standalone, but P'n'P. a friend of mine has a trick to make the ECU pass. just need to fake the stock looking intake onto it and passing smog won't be that bad. the exhaust is loud-ish, but not that bad. i may swing around to racing beat in anaheim for a wuieter one, possibly enthuza.

the engine and headwork on the miata hasn't been an issue here in NC when i had to pass smog. i can lean out the ecu too, if i need to.

my wife still enjoys clubbing, i don't.
