Default My Black EK Coupe

I just got done with the swap and got the car running perfectly...got the coilovers installed, got the MSD set-up done, new EVERYTHING. Be gentle didn't have much time to clean the under-side up very well. Oh and yes I do realize my valve cover looks like junk...it just needs coat of paint or powdercoating. Let me know what you guys think.

That is a Civic Coupe.

Honda never made an EK Coupe anywhere, only an EJ... which, if you live in America, is a Honda Civic 2-door Coupe.

Technically, Honda never made any cars for the US market with the chasis code EK... But does that stop people from using the term?

well to start out its a JDM B16 OBDI converted to OBD2, running on a chipped/tuned P72 with hondata. I have the Jazma MUGEN header with magnaflow catback and AEM short intake. I am looking into getting different wheels and a lip I just spent all my money on getting the swap in and the suspension done. I opted for function form coilovers and an Advance Auto Parts strut bar (it does the job for now, also where I work) As for the valve cover thats how I got it on the truck, I think it was from shipping and them not taking care of it because the wrapping was all torn and the oil pan was dented. The wheels, well the wheels came on the car when I bought it and I had other things in mind everytime I had money to buy things. I am currently working on picking up a small loan to purchase a turbo kit from a buddy of mine...will give details later. Since you all have such expectations, what lip for the front should I get and what color valve cover should I do...I have been through almost every page of the valve cover thread and found 2 colors I like, a repeated pic of a gunmetal shaved one, and a deep candy red...I'm thinking red to give the engine bay contrast and make people look when the hoods popped (Because where I'm from they would never know it was a swap)

To wrap this blabbing up, I am more concerned about making the car fast than making it look good and it takes me a while because I'm on a limited budget.

It is an EJ8 chassis code...I am thinking of getting the 99-00 Conversion for the front end and doing the front lip that comes along with it...although it isn't OEM Honda parts they are fiberglass which is lighter than the OEM...I think there is a weight difference of like 75 pounds...I could be wrong though. As for wheels I like the 16" gold slipstreams, basically I'm trying to get everything I can for a budget, because I only make about 500 biweekly, and more than half of that goes to payments/credit card bills, so I'm very limited on things I want to do.
