* I'm sure I forgot to list a few items here and there...but bottomline, nothing spared on this car all around...Motor alone cost me over $10K not to include the rare JDM pieces...Car is an 88 Civic DX (original owner) well my wife bought it back in her college days brand new and I turned it to a beast Car probably has 150K miles/motor less than 1000 miles. All wheel bearings already replaced maybe 10K miles ago and pretty much the car has been totally redone. Car became a designated AutoX racecar early this year after putting the cage...but can be reverted back (cept no rear seats included). Car has a legal BAR sticker and was ref'd with the an LS motor...Registration is current!

Flaws (May need paint touch up here and there but nothing major). Sold JDM rear seats to make room for the 6pt cage...small dent on the roof (warped). A bit loud to be daily driven but with the custom exhaust with the Greddy muffler, it's manageable...as long as you dont punch it in front of a cop and you'll be fine Smog cert issues but there are ways around it

I don't have a scanned pic of my dynosheet but I'll give the car away for free if it doesnt pull the numbers I'm claiming!!!

It dynoed at 226 whp with a skunk2 intake manifold with 68/66 TB (Stage2 hondata obd0)...240 and change after the ITB install and obd1 s300 upgrade...this is with a cherry bomb/supertrapp exhaust...(extremely loud)

CF fender flares are not for show...that's the only way I can cover the 8.5 inch wide wheels... Plus, have you seen the original J's EF9?

this, without a doubt, is the best USDM EF hatch in Norcal.

i wouldnt sell this car for any less than $7.5K.

you will get a lot out of it if you part it out.

Like my sig says, I'm a licensed Calif Mortgage consultant...If you or anyone you know wants to buy or refinance a house, then I'm your man! I give a very generous referral program, if you know what I mean...Some of my friends quit their jobs and simply find me leads

LOL, right on Irvin.
Id think your car is worth a good 7-8K man, its a work of art. I know you have much more than that into her, its just that most Honda "kids" will never have that kind of cash in there pocket. I wish you luck though.

BTW, did you get one of my ecu jumpers from lawrence at dynospot?? Because he buys from me. If so, it just raised the value a bunch, because everyone loves a Rywired car

He probably did...I paid him close to $1500 just to do the obd1 upgrade/distributor/s300 hondata/tuning...Just so I can run the ITB's...So that's like $3000 just to make an additional 14whp He just didn't have enough time to fine tune so I had to cough up another $200 for Ryan from another shop to fine tune it for streetability... I know what your saying about not getting back what you spent. I totally understand..I have 6 cars as it is...too many toys. But I really don't have to sell it, if I get lowballed too much. But for you peeps out there, if you're planning to build something that's even close to this car...be prepared to max out 2 to 3 credit cards...that's what I did before I started making $$ doing loans.

**But if your parents own a house and could use some equity...We could refinance your home and they can buy you this car free and clear and it's a tax right off too... And if it's a good deal, I'll throw the car for $5K...And that's anywhere in California!

man, we have both been thinking the same thing recently. I've been toying with the idea of selling my hatch also, though it wont get as much as yours can, hell, nowhere even close. Wish i had extra money, i would so love to have your hatch

Hee2...EF just got kicked out of my garage a couple of months ago to make room for my miata...And I've been dumping money on it still. Right now it's at my friends shop in Hayward getting a custom airbox for the itb, custom exhaust, return spring for the itb's, aftermarket vacuum booster for the brakes...So that's like another $1000 if I'm not careful...then I'm getting the hood re-cleared...it's starting to fade... But I still drive it once a week to Friday/Starbucks meet in Daly City. FYI, even with my Sti putting out 300whp, my Civic will probably beat it in 1/4 mile hands down. Sti pulls hard but you have to shift at 7K while my Civic is only hitting Vtec at 6200 and redlines at 9500-10K rpm...

** You can always refer me some clients and make extra $$

7-8 k is not what this thing is worth and never will be with the parts that are on it. I personally would say its priceless.

And dont sell it i too have taken a knee to pray to this car.

If nobody buys it, I'll probably revert it back to a streetcar and race my Miata instead. But that would make me spend more $$ on it again
