Default Installed my Koni Yellows, need advice on settings

Just installed my koni yellows on Sunday. Perch is on the factory setting which is in the middle. As far as the damping control, I never touched it from when I received it. Even so, the ride is awesome. Not bouncy, not too stiff, just right in my opinion. Almost like stock.

When I bring the car to the track or to the canyons, can you guys give me an initial setting from where it is right now? 1-2 turns stiff?

Here's my suspension upgrades:

Koni Yellows
Eibach Pro Kit springs
ASR subframe brace
Rear ITR sway bar - 23mm
Front upper strut bar
Rear upper strut bar
CPillar bar

theyre on your car...just twist the dampening to full lock one way...and count how many times u twisted, then go back to that beginning point and go full lock the other way...thatll give u perspective on where u are and then you can adjust dampening from there

Almost exact same setup as me. I run with 1 turn from full soft daily, this is good for the somewhat aggressive street driving. Haven't experimented much at the track but I usually run 1/2 turn from full hard.

BTW - I've been told not to run at full hard, after adjusting to full hard back it off slightly.

I've tried it at one turn from soft, which is pretty much the same as when it came from the koni factory. Its a pretty good ride. But I only adjusted the front, since the springs in the front are linear so the majority of the ride comfortability is in the front. The rears are progressive springs, so they're close to the stock ride. I'll keep playing with the adjustment.

i dunno how much you guys know about suspension...im still learning but from what i understand...you really just want one compression and one rebound after a bump i.e. a speedbump...so you set your dampening so that it does that because with most shocks like koni...its all rebound dampening adjustment

oh and it works fine for the street...i run my suspension like that all the time
