I'm hearing a strange buzzing noise coming from the brake fluid box which is located behing the driver's side headlight. IT buzzes about every 30 seconds or so after starting the car. Any pointers as to what is causing this?

 

You probably need to replace the ABS unit. Tha accumulator has gone bad causing it to not be able to build up pressure.
Does it have fluid in it?

not so hard as expensive. It's well over $1,000 just in parts for a new one. If you buy used you run the risk of the same problem
