GSR/ITR FD into LS trans?

GSR/ITR FD into LS trans?
Is it possible to swap out my LS FD in favor of the lower geared GSR/ITR FD without changing the cluster or other internal components? I don't want to go with anything aftermarket in light of the expense and extremely low gearing.
