Unbolt the hinges on your car and latch the hood down then just pull it back

the hood looks ricey! but if you REALLY wanted to get it just go to a junkyard and look for a 85 or 86 prelude the hood flips up the same way so there you go man

That's so 1998!, but seriously think it over, and your tastes will most likely change. And it is a lot of work to make the hood work properly(or buy hinges).

-greg, who did learn to appreciate the ins and outs of that hood design as opposed to a rear hinge, in regards to what it does for being able to work on the car vs forgetting to latch/put the hood pins in...

83-87 honda prelude hood flips forward. You could use those hinges and fab them to your existing hood. you may be able to adapt the latch as well as it latches at the top as well.
Constructive but i wouldn't do it. ON all preludes i've ever owned i hated it it made it a bitch to work on the car.
