Prelude Si 4WS curb weight: 2870 (from http://www.honda-prelude.com)

I can't find a solid number for the Prelude Si curb weight either, it ranges anywhere from 2765-2860. I think the Preluse S weighs 2765 though, that's just too light for a stock Si. It doesn't seem like the 4WS system weighs any more than 30 lbs though, afterall, it's an electronically controlled system which makes up for more moving parts, I'm guessing on that though.

I think that recently somebody swapped out a non functioning system and said that it weighed a difference of 50-60 lbs. Not too bad, I just got mine on the road and i love the system.

If it helps any, my 92 4WS is 2710 in STS autocross trim. That means minimal gas, no drive, i/h/e, 13lb wheels, amp, sub, stb, 205/50-15 215 azenis, no floor mats, emtpy trunk.

i went and searched for my old post...

2ws subframe on top = 33lbs
4ws subframe on bottom = 58lbs

25lb difference, and the computer prolly weighs around 5lbs, and the wiring (which includes the abs wiring as i found out halfway into the project) weighs quite a bit, i never weighed it but it runs the basically from the fusebox under the hood to the back of the car so you can imagine how big it is
