i've searched and nothing specific that would answer my question came up guys. i even went to to partstrain.com and ebay but nothing came up. i will call honda up tommorrow but would like to see if i could get an answer before hand.

is there a difference between the 88/89 and 90/91 front bumper reinforcement? many sites list the 90/91 reinforcement but not the one for the 88/89. they should bolt on right? seems to be about the same chasis, meaning either should bolt up, but different in its shape, correct?

(not relevant to the topic but in case anyone is curious, i called chp in sacramento yesterday about driving with no hood and they said its legal, no hood is required. i drove to stockton from sacramento with no hood on. yes, search but to no avail so decided to call myself. i even got the officer's badge number just in case i got pulled over.)
