anyone in here paint their bumper signal lights for the 97 accord? because the stock ones aren't the color amber i'm looking for, looking for the darker amber look. what type of paint and what steps did you do? thx

 

Krylon's stained glass paint or testors transparent paint, both are found at any local hobby store. Be sure to sand the lenses first (using 1200 grit paper up to 2000) then using a 3m polishing compound and then clean everything with alcohol preps, let it dry, mask what you don't want painted and let 'er rip. I've also seen people use clear coat to give it a shinier look, that my friend is a matter of preference.
