well i was off from work today, and figured why not. bought these wheels for pretty cheap with the meats on em already. they are a little rough but this was just to give them a new look. only got 2 done and the good pics are on my camera didnt feel like uploading them, so these pics are from my phone. here goes.

How did you get that anodized look on the lip?

 

you probably should have takin the weight off the rim and had them rebalanced with the weights that dont go on the lip
but other then that it looks coo

duplicolor metalcast its called. you can get it at autozone.

thanks for all the responses. im not to sure about the metalcast, it looks solid. im going to clear the whole wheel tonight and that should seal it all it. total cost for 7 cans on paint(2-black, 2-clear, 2-metalcast 1-metalcast ground coat) and sand paper(all from autozone) was like $45.

 

 

painted outer lip weights FTL. That DIY job looks good though.

 

had school all day today. got home and finished the last 2 wheels. im letting everything dry over night, plus its raining, and im going to put them back on the car after work tomorow and take some pics.
