Default How to cut my bumper?

I have a 99 civic and it looks like my IC pipes arent quite gonna fit behidn the fog stops...i dont have fogs so the bumber is still complete, but i need to cut those holes out. Does anyone know of a way that can make it look...well not like some jackass just started to cut **** apart? Anyone have pics of their 99-00's with cut out fog spots?

IMO I wouldn't cut the bumper so that you can see the piping. Thats how mine is and now that I have a new fmic I need some fogs to fill the cutouts. The best job I have seen is a local guy. He cut across the top and bottom of the indention where the fogs would go. Then one slit on the side that is towards the center of the bumper. This way it is cut along 3 of the 4 sides. Then the FMIC piping just pushes against the inside and pushes the little vent looking thing out. You cant even tell its pushed out unless you know its like that and you are looking for it. Very clean... here is a pic of mine before and after
old fmic

new fmic
