I have a turbo exhaust manifold that came off of a B17A and was wondering if if would fit my B18C?

I don't believe it will fit. The B18c manifold/head has a different bolt pattern.

 

b series cylinder heads share the same bolt pattern as far as the exhaust manifold is concerned. the difference lies in how far the catalytic converter is to the header's collector. also, the oil pan's design will determine how the "downpipe" of the header is designed so as to give proper clearances to the oil pan.
