An original DC Sports stainless steel headers here will cost me $510 here, it will save me a lot if I will just get its exact dimensions and have a custom done.

didnt mean to scare ya 
but there s alot of headers out there that are not CARB approved..and since u want to have one made..i assume CARB approval is not an issue..check out pacesetters, holley..and a few others..they re good quality and not as expensive..just cuz its not CARB approved does not mean it s not a good performing product and it may cost u less than getting a custom one made up
