Ok...for starts I'm terrible at transmission stuff so I'd figure I'd ask before I accuse my mechanic of something.

I just got a h22a swap done on my 92 and after the swap the car will start without the clutch being pushed in. It will not change into gears also. The fluid has been checked the system has been bled properly. Do you have any idea on what was cause this sort of clutch behavoir? Is it possible that the clutch was pushed in while it had no fluid in the system? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
