As the title says. Comes with city lights as well, but I do not have the plugs to plug them in. H4H bulbs will be included as well. Codition is 8 out of 10 and is exactly as indicated in the picture.

Poly Urethane Wings West RS style lip! Fits like a glove! Only used for one day at the JDMJON BBQ a few months ago.
