99 Prelude, switched to obd1 but have no immobilizer key *no start*

99 Prelude, switched to obd1 but have no immobilizer key *no start*
Ok so I got this prelude as a repo. It only has the red key which has indeed been tried in the ignition. So I switched to obd1 so I could no do the whole immobilizer thing. But the green light still flashes and car won't crank. What needs to be done?
