Painting CF.
What the hell is the point? A buddy of mine picked up the Spoon CF fenders, a CF hood, CF "buddy club" type front bumper, and M3 CF mirrors. He painted them all Milano Red!!! Does this make any sense to anyone?
Sometimes with all that carbon fiber it just looks too funky with some colors. My buddy has most of his Carbon fiber Kaminari hood painted with just parts of it showing carbon fiber, looks nice.
I guess some people buy carbon fiber for actual performance benefits, although I'd say they are minimal if present on a street car.
Carbon fiber is often painted on race car bodies though, but it is given that it is carbon fiber and they don't have the need to flaunt it because everyone else has it also...

but why the hood??? rediciulous, and not to mention if youre going for all of that carbon fiber weight reducing why paint it and add weight, the only thing i would paint are the fenders
