Default ***Some Good News***
As of January 1st 2008, there will be no more emissions testing on any vehicle built prior to 12/95. This is to take affect on 1/1/2008, in all states.

I have heard this too. Basically all OBD1 and older cars, will not be tested, however I have no hard facts to provide.
