Default JDM ECU and America ECU

Hi Everybody

I just join the Honda-Tech.com and this us my first time come here so i got some questions.

What is different Jdm Ecu and Ameica Ecu

37820-p73-013
37820-p73-023
37820-p73-a03

so i would like to know is that 3 ECU any different proformace ?

- the JDM ecu's are mapped differently because of better premium fuels offered in Japan
- the JDM ecu's have a speed limiter of somewhere between 180-200kmh (US ecu's are not speed limited)
- the JDM ecu's do not look for crank fluctuation sensor, secondary o2 sensor, vtec oil pressure sensor, fuel tank pressure sensor

NO, they seem to be almost identical w/ USDM being slightly better but that could be due to useage of 91 octane fuel. . from personal expirance on my ITR and my EG w/ R motor, USDM seemed better but thats only butt dyno!

they are about the same.

maybe a little more aggressive on the JDM ecu since it is mapped for 11:1 compression, higher flowing header, slightly more agressive cams and better gasoline.
