Guages
What are the best type of guages to put into a car...electric or mechanical...for a volt meter, oil pressure, and water temp...they will be goin into an 88 hb with a y8 motor
well there's no two ways about it.
volt meters are electrical.
and I've never heard of a mech. temp gauge.
IIRC, mech gauges tend to be more accurate, but you have to run fluid lines up in the cabin. gets messy if things go wrong.
