Default NA F22 vtec head build, what should I do\use?

I got an 11:1 CR shortblock for this head, just not sure what to do to head to make power.

I have read about using the F22 lower IM and puting and H22 upper IM and TB on, this true?

Cam- looking for a cam that can idle when tuned and make power through 7500 RPMs. Any recomendations?

Valve springs- to go with cam above.

Header- any recs

I am gonna have a mild port and polish done on the head, is a 3 angle valve job worth doing at the same time?

Anything else you can recomend Id appreciate.

I did search, but most of what it brought up was turbo stuffs, I also went through the 1/4 mile time sticky and didnt find much there either.

TIA.

EDIT: SOHC head.

Its very hard finding performance parts for F22s, there is a site called F22Parts.com, they have performance parts

Get there cam, get there 1mm oversized valves if your gonna get a port and polish,

They also ahve alot of other stuff there, stroker kits, rods, pistons.. etc

Here - scroll down the page

Have your stock F22 pieces port matched (IM and TB) send the TB to maxbore. Tell him you want to biggie size it.

Headers...Greddy...DC Sports...Megan..Ebay specials...Kamikaze...bout it.

explain the 1mm oversized valves...im sure the all motor guys would love to hear this one.

oversized valves are for fi cars not na cars. with a bigger cam you will be getting the valves closer to the piston espically with a high comp piston. so the bigger the valves the closer they will be together when the cam opens them...your suggestion is not valid (imo)in the all motor world.
