just used 600... it was already smooth cuz its a cx, no sound deadening or anything. the only wire that was under the seat was the one for the fuel pump... no abs wires or anything like that.

it was really easy... basically used a wires wheel on the drill around any parts where the paint didnt look to durable, stripped that off, and used 600 grit for the rest of it. after i was done sanding i vaccumed and wiped down the whole area

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by blackdc5 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">A lot of work! Stripping the interior paint, sanding all of it...
But the outcome looks great though.
Did you do under the side panels too?

How's the battery mounted? Did you drill holes through the rear trunk for those brackets?

EDIT: Looks like custom CPillar bar brackets. Any closeups of that?</TD></TR></TABLE>

i didnt do under the side panels this time. over the winter when i have more time im going to, and also am gonna do the entire undercarraige, wheel wells, under the spare tire well etc ill take some pics today of how i did up the battery

o and the c pillar bar is off ebay and doesnt do **** lol, i just use it as a camera mount
