Just wondering what kinda fluid i need to run in my lsd tranny
just regular 10w30 or ?

Regular 10w30 or Honda MTF. Some people like that GM Syncromesh stuff, but I've never tried it.

That will be to thick it will burn up the bearings. I used Honda manual tranny oil and mixed it with a whole bottle of LSD friction oil from FORD. Its like 7.00 or so. I used that with my Kazz diff and it still running in my race car. My buddy also uses the same in his daily driver with the same diff, never had any problems.
