Koni/GC ride quality???

Default Koni/GC ride quality???

Anybody run these on an ITR?? Would like to hear about ride quality compared to stock , full coilovers, ect...??? The car is mostly daily driver might start AutoX soon? I will not enjoy bouncy **** at all, so let me know.

It really depends on what spring rate you chose and how much damping you set the shocks for.

400f/400r is a good starting point not too stiff i think with the right shock damping amount; i run 400f 375r but am moving up to 450F and 475/500+ rear. But I run SPSS3 vavled shocks, and these are relatively soft rates for them. eventually i'll get into the 600+ which the SPSS3 valving will handle with ease.

I run GC 400f/400r on a del Sol with Koni yellows set to a bit more than halfway to firmest. Ride is quite tolerable on the street.
