Default Car overheating- Everything's been checked

Ive got a b16 CRX that is overheating- while moving, and at idle. I checked the thermostat- it works. Ive drained and flushed the system- all the coolant that came out of the motor was nice and clean. the water pump was replaced in feb. Ive bled all the air that I can get out of the system.. (the bleeder screw broke off, and i filled the hole with liquid aluminum. i used the hose coming from the water outlet housing to bleed the system). it first started overheating after i replaced the ECT sensor (the sender to the ECU). Any ideas kids?

there has to be a blockage somewhere.. can you feel coolant in both hoses??? if not, there is a blockage, or one long *** air bubble somewhere.. had the same prob with a hummer in iraq.. thought i was the water pump.. turned out to be an air bubble..

You said your thermostat is working, wp replaced, and cooling system flushed. Did you do a complete flush (the block also with the car runing?). I say double check the fuses, coolant sesnsor and fan sensor. The last thing I can think of that happened to me is your timing is OFF. Sometime must of happened so check your timing mechcanicly and electricly (waterpump was replaced did the installer make sure the cam or crank pulley didn't move a tooth when the timing belt was installed? If so you have to retiming the timing belt (mechanicly) and retiming the dist (electricaly). Hopefully that is it.

Timing huh? How would the timing being off have anything to do with the car overheating? I flushed the block with the engine off... Are you suppose to flush the system with the car running too? I installed the water pump my self, and I lined up cam and crank pulley properly. plus, its been working great up til this past week when i reaplced the ECT sensor. What fuses would u suggest i check, and why would a fuse have anything to do with my problem?

there isnt any steam coming out the top of the radiator when the thermostat opens- head gasket was replaced in feb... plus, I dont smell any coolant burning, nor do i see any white smoke out the tail pipe... I cant tell if coolant is flowing when the car is hot- im assuming it must be because it takes a while for it to over heat- at least the first time. its also difficult to watch the coolant from the radiator cap hole and determine whether or not its moving, because the car vibrates so much it shakes the coolant. did u mean to say cracked block, as opposed to cracked head shorty?
