are the euro-r cams and the sir-t cams the same?? if anyone has the specs on both of them please let me know

The SiR-T (F20B) supposedly uses the Type S cams (12.1, 11.2 lift).
The Euro-R (H22A) also supposedly uses the Type S cams.

This is all the information I have. I have not seen a direct comparison/measurement between the 2, which is why I typed "supposedly".
