Default Cam Gear Install on the d16y8

hey guys, i just picked up a cam gear for my ex
i tryed searchin for a write up on how to install it but i didnt find much of anything, from what ive heard its not hard to do. i just dont know where to begin.. any help would be very appreciative.. thanks guys

I was wrong..guess there are some how-to's out there...

Here's a writeup...pretty detailed too, with pictures and all the trimmings:

BTW: I don't mean to come off like an ******* but I went into google and time "how to change cam gear" and this was like the 4th link. It took a grand total of <30 seconds. It took less time than it took you to write that msg asking for help.

Search next time, even if you can't find it on honda-tech, you can search the web , there's pleanty of information out there, about everything you could ever possibly want to know....
