i have a 99 si coupe and tryin to find a header with the most hp/tq gain i was looking at the vision r 4-1 and the jdm integra type r header which one is the best or any other headers to get the nost bang for the buck... I already have a apexi n1 exhaust and a basic intake.

You mentioned "most hp/tq gain" and "most bang for the buck", which are two different things. What is your budget, and what kind of modifications do you plan for the motor.

 

well lets say without modifcation (bolt-on) just would like to c some dyno charts on the best header

 

For a bolt-on to the stock cat, one of your best options is going to be Comptech.
