Default adjustable oil pressure filter?

I was just searching and didn't find any thing bout what my boy told me ryt now he thinks something bout the k motor having like an adjustable oil pressure filter where if the motor sees low oil pressure the filter has something in it that rises the pressure just curious as to what this was tru or not thought he was bullshittin or not

and don't tell me some bullshit like dumb *** noob or n e thing just askin a question

Most, if not all, oil filters have a bypass valve in them to allow oil to flow in case the filter media is too clogged or fails in some way. So, the bypass feature is not specific to any model or vintage vehicle.
