would an eg rear disc brakes fit into my 91HF crx

For sure. Almost any rear-disc brakes will fit on your EF. Wether or not it is ABS plays a little bit of a role, but it really doesn't matter that much at all. I am rolling on one side 92 Integra LS rear trailing arm and one 96 Intagra LS rear trailing arm. It really doesn't make that much of a differnce at all. But keep in mind that you might want to switch the stock master cylinder to keep up with the disc brakes since your car's master cylinder isn't designed for that much output.
