What size tires should shoud i put on 16 inch rota slipstreams?

 

general exclaim UHP, and 205/45/16

215/45-16 is the factory tire size for the JDM ITR.

 

what about 215-40-16?

It will be smaller than the stock tire diameter, resulting in slighter altered effective gearing, and an approximate 3% speedometer error.

 

Do you guys know where i can get valve stems for the slipstreams? or will hust any old valve stems work?

 

Any standard stems will be fine. They only "different" things you'll need are the proper tapered lug nuts.

I've been lookin around. It seems 215/45/16's are harder to find than 205's.

 

205.45.16

but my next set are gonna be 50s

Running 205/50/16 is not the best idea on a 94-01 Teg..

 

So 215/45/16 it is for my royal gun metal slipstreams

There's really no need to get 215/45/16 for a DD car. Get Kumho Ecsta SPT in 205/45/16 @ tirerack.com, $64 apiece. That is by far the best bang for your buck.

i have 215/45/16, rubs a little on the front....

 

Are nitto neo gens good tires?

 

I've read bad reviews about them. Go with Kumho SPT

215-40-16 btw generals and neogens suck IMO

 

I did a 205 50 r 16 the only problem when I turn right it rubs on the fender well but other than that no problems

 

bringin my stolen car back from the dead anyways they were 205 45 16's toyo proxie 3's

 

i actually liked my neogen tires, they made me feel like i would stick to the ground in turns. Very quiet tire. I took the tires up to 160mph, and were still stickin to the ground. My car was like spiderman with those dam tires... Thats just my opinion.
