Default hankook tires

150 for a brand new set, seems cheap? anybody have experience with them? they have so so reviews online.

It depends on which model. I put some Hankook Mileage Plus way back in 2002 on my then 2000 Civic and never had a problem with them. Those were a good bang for the $ IMO.

^^ umm what size tire were u using w/ the K106's??

they are a new model for this year and i threw a set on in the spring and i was pretty stunned by the performance. mine are 195/55 r15's and i was using some 205/45 r16 toyo Proxes FZ4 and the hankook are 90% better than them in every department even for a tire w/ a smaller tread width.

I also had Paradas a while back on the 16's still didnt come close to the Hankooks.

i dont know if mine are the new or old model but i got them in july ish..

anyways just did a track event and they werent bad at all. some slidding at very high speed, but over for the price very good. no azenis but good.

good enough for street id say .

I was using 195/50/15.. I don't like them.., but the price is good for daily driver.

I had the HRII's on my eclipse GS-T in 215/35/18. I thought it was a great tire. A suprisingly sticky tire too.
