I need alot of info on putting disc brakes on the rear of my hatch. What parts will I need, tools, and can someone please give me a step by step guide?

 

Wow, the FAQ was all I needed to look at when I did my swap.

You need a 10mm wrench, a ratchet, a 12mm, 14mm, 17mm socket, and some pliers. You might want to have other tools on hand though.

 

But what fits on my car? that's really what I'm having a hard time finding out.

The rears are much easier than the fronts. Once you get under the car you'll see what I mean, it just taking bolts out pretty much.
