i have an 98 integra with a b18b block and a b16a head 11.46:1 compression. i have a chiped gsr ecu that has been converted from obd2 to obd1. i have a dei alarm on the car as well. i took my car apart to paint it, we took the handles out the door cards sun roof tail lights front and rear bumper, and when we went to put it back together it would crank but not fire. we arent getting spark so we tested the icm coil ckp cyp tdc and all of them were fine, we also tested the map sensor and it was fine as well. i was wondering if there is anyway that installing the handles wrong would not let the car fire or if the alarm is not letting the car start as well. also, we cheked the main relay.

 

anyone out there have any ideas
