What's redline on a 91 EF dx?
i dont think that engine makes power past 4800 rpm it will go to like 7000. just go get a jdmcluster from this sight there like 70 bucks http://www.jdmaddiction.com
redline is not seven thousand, I don't want to say what it is and be quoted because Im not positive either, but I wouldn't take it over six in the first place, as there is no reason to.
yeah its funny i dont think anyone has every found the limit....cause honestly i had a tach on mine and it kept going up and up i didnt want to take it past 6500 cause i got scared but it would have kept going,,its the same thing with the d15b1,,but seriously you have no reason to ever go past 5000rpm ,

It would have kept going to 6750 RPM, where the PM5 rev limiter cuts the fuel.

We're not talking about the D15B1.

That is not true at all. The power curve peaks at 6000 RPM, so you'll want to shift beyond that for maximum acceleration.
