Please Read the following Post From Dustin. If you have a % rate that is under 100% and you didnt deserve it you can contact MarkC or Dustin to have it raised.
Also they are thinking of allowing Avatars to members with 100% But if you go below 100 you lose it.

I just reset everyone back to 100%.
Moderators are now accountable for what rating points they remove, the system records a log of it.
