Reverse lights wouldnt go off

i swapped in a b18c in my eg now the reverse lights wouldnt go off. is there a switch or wire that may had got cut or rip by accident when i was lifting out adn dropping in ?

how can i get them off

does it meant that the actuator could have gone bad ?

i think i located it and it looks like it is connected and all
