i have a 97 accord ex 4 cyl and i just recently had problems with my idle control valve and car used to rev up to high and i cleaned it out and put a brand new seel to it. now the car revs down to 500 and even 200 rpm. I personaly dont think its the iacv. i am thinking it could be a fuel filter cause i never changed it (i had the car for a year) i took my battery to get it tested and they told mine was bad i bought a new one. its doing the same problem so if anyone has any input please tell me. also they tested the alternator and said it was good
