Oem fog light
how are the performance on oem fog lights for the 94-97 accords. plug and play? any pics with them on shining against the road? where can i find them. are the ebay ones the same, here's the link. let me know thanks. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW
Those are the OEM Styled, they work wonderfully, did the install myself, I've got silverstar headlights and the fogs actually work really well. If I aimed them further out they could almost be headlight replacements haha. and that looks like the exact kit I had

I have these exact fog lights too, got them a couple months ago. installation was simple, hardest part was running the wire thru the firewall and that wasnt even that hard, i put it thru right under the clutch master cylinder. As for performance, its all in the adjusting as to how you want them, i have mine adjusted so they shine just a little bit under my headlight beam, so i cant see any farther, but i can definately see the road better.
Ill see if i can try to take some pics of them shining onto the road for ya tonight if it isnt SNOWING too bad, lol, yes im in canada, and yes its snowing here

That's about where mine are at too hcivic, they fill in the gap between the bumper and the headlights. and cd5 I actually like how mine look in the middle part, think it looks pretty pimp
i like your death machine taxi. mines the same color but it is a four door and its a 97. same color leather too. i will post some picz of my own when i get the foglights. nice jdm fenders.
Yep on the top right side, there was a blanking plate (just flat black plate) all you gotta do is run a cable up and over to behind there, and plug it up, really easy and IMO looks 100% stock
it's plug in play in the fact you don't have to really do anything yourself , it's all preassembled, but you do have to run a wire through the firewall to the center console for the switch, the fuse and power go to either the battery or fuse box.
Power >> Fuse >> Fog left >> Fog Right >> through firewall >> to center console >> to switch
Power >> Fuse >> Fog left >> Fog Right >> through firewall >> to center console >> to switch
Ok, now the real question is.... Does anyone have a schematic or know color codes for the OEM Stanley fogs and OEM switch? I only have pig tails...figuring out the fog wires is a no brainer..but for the switch.... Any ideas?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Aftermarkets are actually the best, Hella Optilux lights are very cheap and IMO work better than OEM fogs. if you find a good body shop or Truck Accessories shop, they can make the install look pretty clean. No OEM foglight switch sold alone though, you have to fabricate your own. I tried that route already on a '96.

Thanks for the insight. After I read my original post it appears that I wasn't very clear about what I was asking.
I already own the OEM fogs with pigtails and an OEM Switch. I am just needing a wiring diagram or a color code chart so that I know exactly what color each wire is for installation.
Example:
Red with blue stripe: Switched 12v
black with grey stripe: Ground
Red with Green strip: 12v output to fog light relay
etc...so on and so forth.
Like I said, a schematic would also be just as helpful.
Thanks again
Steven
