i have a question with my 91 accord

ive recently got my oil changed and everything because ive noticed that my car was shaking a lot whenever i was in DRIVE but whenever im in PARK the car doesnt shake and when i went back to my car after the oil change i reset the "maintenance required" button thinking that every thing was ok but later on when i took a 100 mile trip the maintenance required thing went back to yellow and whenever i get to a red light and stop thats when my car keeps shaking

can you guys give me a heads up and let me know what you think whats wrong with my car why it keeps shaking while im in DRIVE

Is it the Maintenance Required Button That you have to push with somthing

If so thats Just a Oil change reminder

If it is a Check Engine Light that comes on that thats a problem

Shaking could Be due to a Failing alternator, Spark Plug wires, Plugs...
