magnaflow muffler

Default magnaflow muffler

hey i was wondering if a magnaflow muffler would pass smog in Cali?

It should. I have a magnaflow muffler and i have no problems with passing smog. Plus it is a reputable company so it should have contracts with the state in regards to smog limitations and so forth.

yes i have never had any probelms passing smog with magnaflow just keep your cat and you should be fine.

A muffler should not have anything to do with passing smog checks, as most if not all muffler replacement systems are connected after any smog related equipment. Thats' why theyre cat-backs (for a whole system), they connect after any smog equip (usually the cat is the last one) so it wont effect emissions.

Noise, of course it will increase over stock.
