How do i rotate to TDC with camshafts off
Im doing valve seals, and cams have to be out for that. so now im ready to move on to the next cylinder,
how do i rotate to tdc so the valves are closed for the next cylinder without reinstalling the entire cam assembly
Ehhh...there's no TDC in the head without cams installed. They're just going to be closed all the time.

Yes there is. TDC refers to the piston being at TDC. The cams not being in just means the valves will always be closed. You can rotate to TDC via the timming marks on the Flywheel for cyl #1 then turn the crank for other cylinders go get a shop manual it'll tell you.

Read it closer, I said there's no TDC in the head without cams installed. That means not concerning the block, just the head... I think everyone knows about pistons and TDC.
