Dip Stick
i wanted to know what size my dip stick was suppost to be.... i have one but it seems to me that its to short...i have a b16a right now but the dip stick is shorter then the one on my d16....help
If it's the one that came with your motor, then it's the one you're supposed to have *probably*
B-Series dip from a different location than D-Series. Your b-series should dip from between the 2nd and 3rd runners of your exhaust manifold. The D-Seires dips from way down the block, and is located next to the timing belt cover.

A B16A takes 4.2 quarts with an oil and filter change. 4 quarts in the sump should register well above the first dot on your dip stick, if you have the proper one.
