i have a 96 EK with d16y7, y8 IM, cold air, ebay headers, this just started when it got really cold outside, it seems to missfire or something, it almost seems like the engine isnt firing at all, most of the time its fine in the lower rpm range, but then after about 3500 then all hell breaks lose and it is really jerky some times, i checked the plugs, they look fine, i just put them in about a month ago, it still does the same thing when the engine is at operating temp, im thinking its either plug wires or the dist. cap or rotor, please help, its my daily driver and i need it for college!

also i had changed the fuel filter about 2 months ago, along with the pcv valve when i did the intake manifold swap, there doesnt seem to be any vacum leaks that i can tell
