Well let me start off my saying that i have searched but haven't really found out my answer. My Girlfriend has a 97 Civic HX and it is AT. Well she want to swap out motors and put a b16 in there but i told her it is pointless and she still doesnt care. So my question is if i was to swap it out is it just a straight swap or is the wiring going to be different for the ECU once it is an AT tranny. Also what other problems would i run into? Thanks

K so after looking around it looks like i might have to re-chip my ecu. Can anybody else verify that?

can't you use an ecu from an AT b16 out of a ferio or something.
